Michael F. Ostuni, Jr. is the owner of the firm. Michael has over 30 years of experience in the pension and actuarial field. Prior to joining PenServ, Inc., Michael was Vice President of Madison Pension Services, Inc. Michael is a Qualified Plan Administrator, a Qualified 401(k) Plan Administrator and a member in good standing of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.

  

Anna Marie D’Agnese has been employed by PenServ, Inc. since 2007 as a Pension Administrator.  Prior to joining PenServ, Inc., she worked for Local Union #3 Electricians for over 12 years as the Office Manager operating their 401k plan for the Westchester members. Received an ABA degree from the University of Albany.

 

Guillermo Iladoy is bilingual in Spanish and English and has been a Senior Pension Consultant at Penserv, Inc. for over 5 years.  He has a MBA and BS in Finance and over 15 years’ experience in the pension industry in the Tristate area. He obtained the right to the ASPPA designation of QKA (Qualified 401(k) Plan Administrator) back in 1999.

 

Jung Lee is a Senior Pension Consultant at PenServ, Inc. Jung specializes in all aspects of plan administration of Defined Contribution plans.  She is highly experienced in plan document preparation, compliance review and representation before IRS for the retirement plan audit. She has over 15 years of experience and is a graduate of Stony Brook University.

 

Jill Marquand is a Senior Pension Consultant at PenServ, Inc. Jill specializes in all aspects of plan administration, and administers both Defined Benefit plans and Defined Contribution plans. She also has over 30 years of experience in the pension and actuarial field and is a graduate of Rutgers University. In addition to providing day to day client consulting and plan administrative services, Jill’s range of experience also includes annual administration of large audited plans, minimum funding calculations for Defined Benefit and Cash Balance plans, 401(a) compliance for profit sharing allocations and combination tested plans and plan termination services.

 

Laura Miceli, Administrative Assistant at PenServ, Inc. Laura has been with the firm since early 2006.  As an experienced Office Assistant with over 20 years of experience, Laura makes sure the office runs smoothly for the staff, and contributes in assisting the pension consultants with pension administrative duties.

 

Rita Pavone joined PenServ, Inc. in 2016 as a Pension Consultant.  Rita is a retirement specialist with over 30 years of experience in administering qualified retirement plans.  Her experience includes plan fiduciary services, multiple employer plans, recordkeeping and administration and client management.

 

Olivia Sutherland joined PenServ, Inc. in 2020 as a Pension Consultant. Olivia graduated from Russell Sage College in 2013 with a Bachelor’s in Mathematics and has attended St. John’s University to study actuarial science for her Master’s. Olivia is administering both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution plans. Olivia plans on becoming an enrolled actuary in the coming years to further her knowledge in pension field.  

 

Joseph Tabak joined PenServ, Inc in 2015 as a Senior Pension Consultant. Joseph specializes in all aspects of plan administration, and administers both Defined Benefit plans and Defined Contribution plans. He also has over 25 years of experience in the pension and actuarial field and is a graduate of Brooklyn College.

 

Raymond Selvaggio joined PenServ, Inc in 2020 as a Pension Administrator. Raymond specializes in all aspects of plan administration, and administers both Defined Benefit plans and Defined Contribution plans. He is a graduate of Villanova University.  

 

Cheyna Davis joined PenServ, Inc in 2020 as a Pension Administrator.  Prior to joining PenServ, she worked as a director of pension administration at an investment advisory firm.  She specializes in defined contribution plan administration.  She is a graduate of Mercy College.
